Good design evokes positive emotions from the audience. Work that conveys a story and concept without having to explain it is “work that works”. Understanding human-centered behavior is a powerful method for me to unleash more creative possibilities and produce more effective design solutions. Work that can help solve problems; push for a positive change to make the world a better place is work that works.
